First 30 Days and Beyond
Receive training by Downtown leadership on some of our Wavetronix soft skills and company culture, department structure, and how to learn and exemplify our food culture by:
- Willing to learn and try new ingredients, methods, and techniques
- Constantly build skills and knowledge in the culinary arts
- Research new methods, techniques, and ingredients
- Assist in providing food daily to our local employees by:
- Cleaning and cutting fresh ingredients
- Cooking main dishes, desserts, appetizers
- Help plating, packaging, and serving food
- Re-stocking and setting up kitchen stations
- Actively take on assignments and projects as needed
- Working events
- Help nurture our kitchen garden by:
- Harvesting
- Pruning
- Weeding
- Updating our Garden log
- Understand and follow our employee food safety standards
- Provide Food handlers certificate
- Receive our kitchen safety training
- Follow all hygiene and food safety standards

Springville, Utah, United States — Full-Time;
Schedule includes mornings and some evenings for events - Experience: Previous experience: 2 years preferred
- Work Ethic: results-driven, ambitious standards for personal and team results; ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand/walk on a hard floor, adapt to changes in room temperature, and occasionally work in the presence of loud background noise
