- Displays beverage merchandise on shelves, showcases, and the sales floor of the retail store.
- Follows up on scheduled merchandise bookings secured by Sales Department personnel.
- Trains all new employees in the department to meet company goals and objectives.
- Maintains the schedule for employees within the department and analyzes needs for upcoming merchandising and sales promotions, assigning necessary personnel to achieve goals.
- Performs scheduled maintenance and repair of permanent points of sale in retail accounts.
- Ensures the area for current and up‑to‑date points of sale is maintained.
- Prints marketing materials, price cards, and banners for retail accounts upon request of Sales Department personnel.
- Ensures understanding and compliance with all company quality assurance guidelines.
- Adheres to all company policies, state laws, and regulations.
- Other duties may be assigned by the immediate or other supervisors at any time.
- Carrying out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with organizational policies and applicable laws.
- Interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

- Education and/or Experience
:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. - Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
:
Must meet company driver qualifications. - Communication Skills
:
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos; write simple correspondence; present information effectively in one‑on‑one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees. - Mathematical Skills
:
Ability to perform basic functions of math in all units of measure and formats; interpret rate, ratio, percent, and graphs; must have experience and knowledge of Microsoft Excel or similar applications. - Reasoning Ability
:
Apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form; solve problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations. - Competencies
:
Attention to detail, communication and media, conflict management, influencing/negotiating, planning and evaluating, sales and marketing, self‑management.
The employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk or hear. The employee occasionally needs to sit; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Regularly must lift and/or move up to 70 pounds unassisted and occasionally lift or move objects weighing up to 100 pounds using a hand‑truck or other manual lifting device.
Specific vision abilities required include close vision and ability to adjust focus.
The work environment may expose the employee to outside weather conditions. The noise level is usually moderate.
Pay Rate$20.00 per hour
