We are seeking a passionate and driven individual to join our team as a Sales Representative and Trainer. This is an independent contractor role where you ll play a key part in attracting new business clients and mentoring our growing sales team.
This is an in-the-field, business-to-business sales position. You ll work directly with business decision-makers to develop customized supplemental insurance solutions that meet their unique needs. The ideal candidate is a self-reliant, goal-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys helping others succeed.
As a Sales Representative and Trainer, you ll balance achieving personal sales goals with coaching and developing others to reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities- Sales and Business Development: Drive new business growth by promoting supplemental insurance solutions directly in the field, going business to business.
- Sales and Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Sales Performance: Consistently meet sales goals by identifying opportunities, addressing client needs, and maintaining ethical sales practices.
- Training and Mentorship: Provide hands-on training and coaching to new sales representatives to help them succeed.
- Leadership: Lead by example to inspire, motivate, and cultivate a high-performance culture.
- Development Programs: Conduct workshops and individual training sessions to foster professional growth and team success.

Experience:
- Proven success in B2B sales, ideally with experience mentoring or training others.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Tech-savvy, adaptable, and comfortable using CRM systems and Mac products.

- Schedule: Monday–Friday, with occasional weekends as needed
- Compensation: $75,000 – $95,000 per year (base draw, commissions, and bonuses)
