Arlington Scientific, Inc. (ASI) is a U.S.

-based medical technology company with over 40 years of experience developing innovative diagnostic products for laboratories and healthcare providers worldwide.

We are seeking an Account Executive (Inside Sales) to support and grow our distribution sales channel while also engaging directly with laboratory customers. This role works closely with key distributor sales representatives to help them understand, position, and successfully sell ASI products, while also engaging in direct outreach to laboratories and pursuing additional distribution opportunities.

Role Responsibilities
  • Support and call on distribution sales representatives as a product and value expert
  • Help distributors effectively communicate ASI’s differentiation to lab customers
  • Drive revenue through inside sales activities (phone, video, digital)
  • Support distributor-led opportunities with joint calls, follow-ups, and education
  • Sell directly to laboratories as needed
  • Attend industry trade shows and distributor events to generate leads and strengthen relationships
  • Spend roughly 50% of time prospecting new laboratory and distribution opportunities and 50% managing and expanding existing customer relationships
  • Seeking a strategic, value-driven sales professional who excels at selling on value rather than price.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and activity tracking in CRM
What We’re Looking For
  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience (medical devices, diagnostics, lab products preferred)
  • Experience selling to laboratories and/or through healthcare distributors strongly preferred
  • Proven success in an inside sales environment
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable supporting indirect sales teams and explaining technical products
  • Organized, self-motivated, and results-driven
