PAG USA is building a tech-enabled, end-to-end supply chain platform for the dietary supplement industry. We're looking for a Sales Representative who is fluent with AI tools and digital research, and who can find, win, and grow B2B relationships with supplement brand owners across North America.
Key Responsibilities- Digital lead generation using AI tools, Linked In, B2B platforms, and trade databases — targeting supplement brands, e-commerce sellers, and startups across all dosage forms
- Run structured outreach campaigns; qualify leads by product vision, format, volume, timeline, and budget
- Manage pipeline in CRM — track every lead, maintain follow-up cadence, report weekly to Sales Manager
- Coordinate with operations and R&D to prepare quotes and client-ready proposals; close deals persistently
- Grow existing accounts beyond the first project; surface reorder and line-extension opportunities
- Track market trends, competitor positioning, and ingredient trends; support trade show participation
- $40,000–$60,000 / year based on experience, plus performance-based commission
