Job Title: HVAC Finish & Trim Technician (New Construction Residential)

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour, depending on experience

This role focuses on the final phase of installs, including system startups, trim‑out work, quality checks, and ensuring every home is ready for homeowner turnover. As an HVAC Finish & Trim Technician, you will be responsible for completing the final phase of residential HVAC installations. This includes trim‑out work, system startups, final inspections, and ensuring systems are operating properly before homeowner handoff. You will work closely with install crews, builders, and project managers to maintain quality standards and keep projects on schedule.

• Complete trim‑out work, including setting registers, grills, thermostats, and final system components
• Perform system startups, testing, and airflow adjustments
• Inspect installations for quality, code compliance, and performance standards
• Identify and resolve install‑related issues before the final walkthrough
• Coordinate with builders and install teams to complete punch list items
• Conduct final walkthrough checks to ensure systems are ready for homeowner turnover
• Maintain clean, organized job sites and accurate job documentation

• 1-3 years of HVAC experience preferred, ideally in residential new construction or installation
• EPA certification preferred or willingness to obtain
• Basic understanding of HVAC systems, airflow, and installation practices
• Strong attention to detail and pride in clean, finished work
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members and builders
• Dependable, organized, and able to manage multiple job sites
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
