Window Tint Installer – Shop ’s Fast

Hey, I’m Matt Romero, owner of Tint Haus in Springville, just off I-15 across from Cracker Barrel.

We specialize in automotive window tinting, and there’s something about taking a car and completely transforming it in just a few hours that never gets old. Seeing the customer’s reaction when they pick it up is the best part.

We opened just a couple months ago and have been consistently booked out 2–3 weeks with strong reviews coming in. The growth has been incredible, and with summer around the corner, demand is only increasing.

Because of that, we’re looking to bring on a full-time Window Tint Installer to join the team.

This is a great opportunity to be part of a shop that’s growing fast, focused on quality, and building something bigger than just another tint business.

• Install automotive window tint on a variety of vehicles
• Prep, clean, and handle vehicles with care to ensure a flawless finish
• Cut and apply film with precision and efficiency
• Inspect completed work to meet Tint Haus quality standards
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Communicate with team members to keep workflow smooth
• Take ownership of each job from start to finish

• 1+ year of automotive window tinting experience preferred
• Experience in detailing or automotive services is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• Ability to work efficiently without sacrificing quality
• Reliable, on time, and consistent
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Willingness to learn and improve
• Valid driver’s license preferred
