About the Role:
Surge Electric is seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead crews on active projects. This role is ideal for a strong field leader who takes ownership of their work, leads by example, and can successfully manage projects in fast-paced, high-standard environments.

You'll play a key role in delivering high-quality electrical installations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and strong execution across all job sites.

What You'll Do:

• Lead and supervise crews of electricians on active job sites
• Plan daily work activities and maintain project schedules
• Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project plans
• Ensure all work is performed safely, cleanly, and up to code
• Coordinate with project managers and other trades
• Troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues in real time
• Maintain daily reports, safety documentation, and field updates

What We're Looking For:

• Active Utah Journeyman Electrician License (required)
• Proven experience leading crews in the field
• Strong background in commercial or complex electrical projects
• Ability to read plans and manage job site operations effectively

Preferred:

• Knowledge of control systems or specialized installations
