The HVAC Lead Installer is a full-time, on-site role based in Springville, UT. This position is responsible for leading the installation of Quiet Cool whole house fans and HVAC systems in residential and light commercial settings, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to manufacturer specifications. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing job plans, coordinating materials and tools, installing HVAC equipment and fans, wiring and testing systems, and performing quality checks.
The HVAC Lead Installer will guide and mentor installation team members, communicate with customers about system operation and basic maintenance, and document completed work and any issues encountered. The role also involves collaborating with supervisors and project coordinators to schedule jobs, uphold company standards, and support a positive customer experience.
- Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction
, including clear communication, professional conduct on-site, and responsiveness to customer concerns. - Proficiency in Troubleshooting and diagnostic skills to identify and resolve technical issues during and after installation.
- Knowledge of EPA-related guidelines and best practices for HVAC work, with relevant certifications preferred.
- RMGA certification preferred
- Previous HVAC installation experience
; experience leading or supervising installation crews is a plus. - Working knowledge of hand and power tools
, basic electrical connections, and reading installation diagrams or blueprints. - Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally to job sites; capacity to lift and move equipment and work in attics or confined spaces.
- Commitment to safety practices and compliance with local building codes and company policies.
- High school diploma or equivalent
; vocational training or HVAC certifications are beneficial.
