Maintain Factory Equipment – identify defects, execute preventative and predictive maintenance plan;
Build capability – coach operator skills, adjustments/changeovers for process improvements;
Operate, troubleshoot, and diagnose industrial systems and control systems including PLCs and basic electrical circuits; CMMS system usage (SAP-AMM) to document maintenance activities and create work orders;
Review and improve maintenance plans to increase equipment reliability
