Overview

Pay: $23.00 – $24.00 per hour DOE

Location: 266 S Hobble Creek Canyon Rd, Springville, UT 84663 (On-site)

Schedule: 7:00 am – 7:00 pm (Full-time)

• Monday, Wednesday, Friday
• Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday

• Lead and train 3–5 residential staff by providing guidance, answering questions, modeling interventions, and managing escalated situations.
• Provide supervision and emotional support to adolescent girls (ages 12–17) in a high-acuity residential setting.
• Lead interventions during behavioral escalations, aggression, and critical safety incidents.
• Guide new hires through a structured, checklist-based on-shift orientation.
• Assign responsibilities effectively to ensure smooth, efficient shift operations.
• Conduct weekly 1 on 1 meetings with direct supports.
• Be on‑call for critical incidents and lead response efforts when needed.
• Uphold treatment plans and collaborate with therapists, nurses, and day staff.
• Participate in leadership meetings, relaying relevant information during treatment team meetings as necessary.

• 2 years working in a Residential Treatment Center or Inpatient Setting.
• 1 year of leadership experience.
• Experience working with adolescent teenagers.
• Skilled in de‑escalation and managing high‑acuity, emotionally charged situations.
• Strong leadership presence with the ability to coach and support staff.
• Comfortable making quick decisions and leading during safety‑related incidents.
• Maintains firm boundaries and models emotionally regulated behavior.

Required:

• Meets Core Requirements: Must be 21+, hold a high school diploma (or equivalent), a valid driver’s license with a clean record, and pass a Utah State background check.
