Embark at Springville invites you to join our mission-driven team as a Behavioral Health Supervisor, a vital role in our trauma-informed, residential treatment program for adolescent girls.

• Lead and train 3-5 overnight employees by modeling interventions, answering questions, and managing escalated situations.
• Provide overnight supervision and emotional support to adolescent girls (ages 12–17) in a high-acuity residential setting.
• Lead interventions during behavioral escalations, aggression, and critical safety incidents.
• Conduct weekly 1on1 meeting's with direct supports.
• Be on-call for critical incidents and lead response efforts when needed.
• Monitor campus safety, conduct room checks, and maintain a secure environment.
• Uphold treatment plans and collaborate with therapists, nurses, and day staff.
• Perform light cleaning and organization to maintain a safe, welcoming space.

What we are looking for:

• 2 years working in a Residential Treatment Center or Inpatient Setting.
• 1 year of leadership experience.
• Skilled in de-escalation and managing high-acuity, emotionally charged situations.
• Strong leadership presence with the ability to coach and support overnight staff.
• Comfortable making quick decisions and leading during safety-related incidents.
• Maintains firm boundaries and models emotionally regulated behavior.

Requirements:

• 21+ years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Able to pass a
  Utah State background check.
• Obtain a
  Food Handler’s Permit before your first shift.
