Delivery Driver

Overview

Crofter Market () delivers fresh, local groceries from sustainable farms and producers to customers across Utah County and Salt Lake County. We're looking for two reliable independent contractor drivers to run delivery batches during our early morning delivery window.

As an independent contractor, you'll pick up a batch of grocery orders from our distribution hub in Springville and deliver them to customers across our service area (Utah County and Salt Lake County) within our customer-committed delivery window of 4:00 AM–8:00 AM. This is a non-exclusive contract — you're free to work for other companies outside of your accepted delivery windows.

• Run delivery batches (multiple stops per route) across Utah County and Salt Lake County
• Pick and pull orders accurately at the distribution hub
• Deliver each batch within the customer delivery window
• Carry items (up to 40 lbs) up and down stairs as needed
• Update order status in our app (ready, en route, delivered) so customers and our team can track progress
• Follow our quality assurance standards for order accuracy and handling

• Must be 18 years or older
• Must have your own reliable vehicle
• Able to lift and carry up to 40 lbs regularly, including on stairs
• Comfortable using a smartphone app to update delivery status
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through on quality standards
• Valid driver's license and proof of insurance
• Must pass a background check

We partner with local, sustainable farms and food producers to bring clean, fresh food directly to our customers' doors — with convenience and quality at the center of everything we do. As a contracted driver, you'll play a key role in connecting our local producers with the community.
