Install and service fire sprinkler systems as a Sprinkler Fitter Apprentice with Black Tusk Fire & Security in Squamish. Work full-time Monday through Friday.
This apprentice role covers wet and dry sprinkler systems for residential and commercial applications. You will work from Squamish, travel between Whistler and Squamish, and apply NFPA and BC Building Codes. The work includes installation, inspection, servicing, and repairs, including backflow systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Install wet and dry sprinkler systems
- Follow NFPA and BC Building Codes
- Install residential and commercial fire sprinkler systems
- Service, inspect, and repair sprinkler systems
- Service, inspect, and repair backflow systems
- Minimum one year certified sprinkler fitter experience
- Knowledge of NFPA and BC Building Codes
- Ability to take initiative as a self-starter
- Demonstrated attention to detail
- Valid driver's license
