How do we reward our staff?
It is important to us that our team are rewarded for their hard work and as such our salaries are above the market rate. Additionally, we pay overtime as we are fully aware that a nursery can be unpredictable, and we want our team to be fairly recompensed for their flexibility.

Each employee benefits from 28 days holiday including bank holidays. As a company, Little Learners Land is expanding and there will be plenty of opportunities for career progression at every level.
For our team members, your key responsibilities will be to play with, educate and nurture the children and always keep them safe. As we are purpose built, there is no packing away or setting up as we are fortunate enough that the nursery is ready every single day of the year. We ask that our team members have plenty of energy to make infinite cups of pretend tea and have a keen interest in jumping in muddy puddles!
