Oaklands launched their professional training and development offer in 2024 to work with employers in a meaningful way, and we are seeking a Business and Management Apprenticeship Trainer & Skills Coach to play a vital role as we deliver this new and exciting part of the Oaklands group at pace

We are looking for a Business and Management Apprenticeship Trainer & Skills Coach to join our team and play a crucial role in ensuring high levels of positive outcomes. In this position, you will own the end-to-end apprenticeship journey, having a meaningful impact on apprentices’ lives, support apprentices’ development and conduct regular site assessments and progress reviews with apprentices and their employers to monitor progress, set targets, and ensure timely completion of apprenticeship standards.

You will also be responsible for agreeing a training plan with the apprentices and employer using the apprenticeship standards and ensure its compliance with funding rules and liaising with employers to ensure effective workplace training and development, providing regular updates on apprentice progress.

The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal and communication skills, excellent organisational and time management abilities, the ability to work independently and as part of a team and passionate about supporting learners and fostering their development.

You should be proficient in Microsoft Office and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively. Previous experience in delivering training and coaching within an apprenticeship or educational setting is essential, along with a commitment to providing a high-quality Apprenticeship service to support workplace learning and development with employers and apprentices.
