Sopwell House is seeking a Spa Director to lead the Cotton mill Spa and Club will own the spa P&L, shape guest experiences and drive service excellence across treatments, programmes and retail, within a luxury hotel environment.
You will recruit and develop a high‑performing team, set standards, partner with hotel leadership, and deliver strategies to hit revenue targets while maintaining exceptional guest service.
