Sopwell House is seeking a passionate Sommelier to lead the wine experience across two award-winning restaurants and the hotel bar. You will curate wine lists, guide guests through pairing experiences, and own the cellar and stock management with supplier relationships.
As a mentor, you will train teams to raise service standards while hosting tastings and masterclasses that bring the wine story to life for guests. This is a premium hospitality role with a strong commercial focus.
