Sopwell House, a luxury Georgian country house hotel in Hertfordshire, seeks a detail‑oriented receptionist to join our Front Office team. You will check guests in and out efficiently, answer calls politely, process payments and ensure accurate billing while delivering the highest level of guest care.
You should have strong communication and organisational skills, experience in customer service, and the ability to work under pressure in a 4/5
