Banqueting Chef de Partie

Full-Time Position (40 hours)

• Work with an incredible team to deliver unforgettable Pan-Asian cuisine to our guests
• Be responsible for ensuring that all food items are prepared and presented to the highest standards while assisting with food cost control
• Prepare and present high-quality dishes inspired by Pan-Asian flavours
• Assist in resolving guest queries in a timely and professional manner
• Support other departments where necessary and maintain strong working relationships

• Diploma or degree from an accredited university in Culinary Arts or related major; NVQ Level 2 or 3 in professional cookery is highly preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar Chef de Partie role within a high-end hotel or fine dining environment
• Solid understanding of excellence in customer service, preferably gained in a 5-star or luxury hospitality setting
• Strong understanding oflarge-scale food production with an emphasis on quality, consistency, and timing.
• Experience working inhigh-volume functions such as weddings, corporate events and gala dinners.
• Skilled inbatch preparation,plating for high covers, and maintaining precise mise en place under time constraints.
• A positive,team-focused attitude, able to collaborate with both kitchen and service teams to deliver seamless banqueting experiences.
• Passionate about delivering elevated cuisinein afast-paced, guest-focused and quality-driven environment.
