Loungers' Cosy Club in St Albans is recruiting an Assistant Manager to lead the team, maintain service standards and deliver memorable guest experiences across brunch, dining and evenings.
Base salary £33,500–£36,500, plus up to £3k bonus and Tronc £8.5k–£11k; overtime paid. Benefits include meals on duty, 50% off food and drinks from day one, and Wagestream pay access. Christmas Day off and two days off weekly feature in our schedule.
