Location & travel based in St Albans, Watford and Luton, the role includes a company vehicle, making site travel easy. The M1, A1081, A505 and A6 provide quick access across the Southeast of England.

• Reactive repairs/refurbishment to domestic properties in the Luton and Watford area.
• Fault find and accurately diagnose the repairs needed.
• Identify the right and cost-effective solution to problems using the PDA systems.
• You will need to specialise in one of the following trades:
  Plumbing, Carpentry, Plastering, Tiling, Painting & Decorating.

• Relevant industry experience as a Multi Trade Operative.
• Relevant qualifications or 3 years hands-on experience in the relevant trade.
• Relevant experience within social housing or domestic sector.
• Must be competent in using an electronic personal digital assistant device to receive and record work.
• Full UK driving licence.
