Benefits:

* Salary: £43,000- 50,000 per annum (dependent on experience).

* Hours:

40 hours per week, Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm (including lunch).

* Travel:
Door-to-door paid.

* On call : 1 in 5 on call + £90 standby

Key Responsibilities:

* Carry out warranty work, part replacements, fault finding, remedials, planned and reactive maintenance, servicing, and breakdowns.

Work on a wide variety of systems including

* VRV / VRF systems

* Split system

* Close control systems

* CRAC units

* AHU package units

* Chillers

The role will be 80% air conditioning and 20%

* Deliver a professional service, ensuring works are completed to the highest standard and in line with client expectations.

* Provide clear communication and accurate documentation for all works undertaken
