The Role
As a Service Technician, you'll be responsible for servicing, maintaining and repairing vehicles to manufacturer standards while delivering exceptional quality and customer satisfaction.
Your responsibilities will include:
· Carrying out servicing, maintenance and repairs efficiently
· Diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults
· Completing vehicle health checks and identifying additional work
· Carrying out repairs in line with manufacturer standards
· Using the latest diagnostic equipment to resolve technical issues
· Completing workshop documentation and job cards accurately
· Working collaboratively with the workshop team to maximise productivity
· Maintaining the highest standards of workmanship and safety
About You
We're looking for someone with:
· NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent)
· Previous experience as a Service Technician, Vehicle Technician, Vehicle Mechanic, Automotive Technician or Car Mechanic
· Strong servicing and diagnostic skills
· MOT Tester Licence desirable but not essential
· Full UK Manual Driving Licence
· Excellent attention to detail and a positive team attitude
