Permanent - Full Time - 40 Hours Per Week We are looking to recruit a Plumber to join our team in St Albans. About the Role Working to deliver the best quality service,youllcarry out repairs to properties,demonstrating your competence to multi-skill outside your core trade, to include minor plumbing works, building work,possible groundwork sand drainage related works. Youllreceive and complete assigned tasks using a handheld device (full training), working efficiently and safety in line with best practise to achieve excellent customer experience.
About You Previous experience within a similar role, youll have the ability to work in all weather, operate small hand tools and follow written and verbal instructions. Youll have excellent Health & Safety knowledge, experience in repairs and maintenance, and ideally a social/local authority housing background. Youll be able to work well both independently and as part of a team and have other relevant ancillary skills.
Youll also be prepared to undertake an NVQ BMO (Building Maintenance Operative) qualification. Essential Qualifications
Required:
NVQ Level 2/3 in Plumbing or equivalent/working towards, G3 Qualified Domestic Hot Water Storage Systems, JIB-PMES CSCS Card Blue or working towards, You must hold a valid full or automatic UK driving licence held for a minimum of 12 months as a company vehicle will be provided (work use only).
