We are looking to recruit a Handy Person to join our team here at our St Albans office on a permanent basis.

About the Role

Working to deliver the best quality service, carrying out responsive and planned repairs to both occupied and void properties, youll undertake a range of basic repairs and installations of window, doors, ironmongery, benches, planters, decking, fencing etc to our customers. They will also be required to put up shelving, curtain battens/poles, Damp, and mould washes and also upgrading loft insulation, amongst other tasks.

About You

We are looking for someone who is organised, able to maintain accurate job records, and you will have experience in general plumbing, carpentry, repairs, and operating handheld tools. An NVQ Level 2 Building Maintenance Operative or relevant trade qualification is essential, while a CSCS Blue Skilled Worker Card is desirable.
