Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails and beverages, maintain bar standards and cleanliness, manage drink inventory, provide excellent guest service, support food service as needed and contribute to a high‑quality hospitality experience.

• Knowledge of wines and cocktails, with ability to differentiate pinot from chardonnay
• Skill in creating well‑balanced martinis and other signature drinks
