Location: Saint Anthony
Summit Home Care in Minnesota seeks a CNA – Mobile Veteran Care Partner to provide in-home personal care for Veterans. This part-time/per diem role includes travel within a 35-mile radius and competitive per-visit and hourly pay. You will document visits and coordinate with the care team.
Ideal candidates hold a CNA certification or prior HHA/caregiver experience, own a vehicle, license and insurance, and demonstrate empathy and reliability when serving Veterans.
