Accessible Space Inc. is currently seeking a full time Lead Direct Support Professional (Lead DSP) to provide personal care services to adults with physical disabilities, as well as offer encouragement and support for our location in White Bear Lake.
What you will do:You will assist with activities of daily living, ensuring that residents receive proper medication, assisting with personal cares, preparing meals, and any other necessary job duties to meet the needs and improve the quality of life for the individuals we serve.
You're qualified for this position if:You are 18+ years of age, have effective verbal and written English communication skills, the ability to problem solve, the ability to perform job functions with little supervision, a sense of caring and the desire to make a difference, and can pass a criminal background check.
Previous job related experience is desirable!
