We’re looking for compassionate and motivated individuals to join our team as Behavior Technicians and help us champion growth and development every day.

As a Behavior Technician, you’ll play a vital role in implementing individualized therapy plans that empower our clients to reach their full potential. Working closely with a supportive team of professionals, you’ll help create an environment where progress is celebrated and every milestone matters. Your key responsibilities include:

• Delivering one-on-one therapy sessions based on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.
• Supporting clients in developing communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Documenting and tracking client progress to ensure therapy goals are met.
• Collaborating with supervisors and team members to adjust and enhance therapy plans.
• Maintaining a positive, encouraging, and safe environment for clients.

We’re seeking candidates who are dedicated, empathetic, and eager to make a difference. To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role or working with individuals with autism.
• A strong passion for helping others and a commitment to client success.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• A willingness to learn and grow within the field of ABA therapy.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are encouraged to apply. Spanish-speaking skills are preferred but not required.

• Level 1 Behavior Technician
  : $25.00/hour
• Level 2 Behavior Technician
  : $20.00/hour
