Opportunities and growthWe prioritize career growth and specialized opportunities, including grant-funded TZD traffic enforcement, SWAT (tactical and negotiator roles), investigations, and participation in the county Violence Crime Enforcement Team (VCET). Officers can also become training instructors (firearms, defensive tactics, FTO), serve as Reserve Coordinator, or join our Community Engagement Team—leading creative social media and outreach initiatives.
