Sie beraten die Departementsleitung, erstellen Budget- und Forecast-Berichte, treiben IKS- und Prozessoptimierung voran und übersetzen politische Vorgaben in präzise finanzielle Steuerungsgrössen. Das Büro befindet sich im UNESCO-Weltkulturerbe Stiftsbezirk St.Gallen.
