Es geht nicht nur darum, Techniker zu verwalten, sondern das Service-Geschäft kommerziell erfolgreich zu machen
. Der "Head of Services" transformiert den Service vom reinen "Reparaturbetrieb" zum profitablen Geschäftsbereich.
- Strategie & Sales: Service-Produkte entwickeln (Wartungsverträge, Upgrades) und gemeinsam mit dem Sales-Team verkaufen ("Go-to-market").
- Führung: Leitung des Service-Departments (Ressourcen, Team-Entwicklung).
- Operations: Sicherstellung von Support, Troubleshooting und Ersatzteilversorgung (Spare Parts Catalogues).
- KPIs: Überwachung von Profitabilität und Kundenzufriedenheit.
- Bachelor/Master Abschluss.
- Erfahrung im Service Management (Industrie/Tech).
- Starkes kommerzielles Verständnis (Business Case denken).
- Sprachen:
Deutsch & Englisch fliessend,
Französisch ist ein Plus
