About Us

Local Bini is the go‑to platform for cultural, fun or exclusive city Experiences across Europe with Locals. From a secret boutique shopping Experience with a gemologist, to wine‑tasting with an expert sommelier,  features authentic city Experiences that people can book based on their interests (eg. art, architecture, foodie, nightlife, history etc.).

Head of Global Partnerships (part‑time)

This position is ideal for an eloquent, well‑connected tourism professional who wants to leverage their industry relationships to help Local Bini establish and grow strategic global partnerships.

The primary objective of the role is to increase direct and indirect bookings for Local Bini’s highly curated city experiences. Potential partnership segments include online travel agencies, travel agents, tour operators, corporate and MICE partners, tourism institutions, loyalty programmes, and other organisations connected to the travel and hospitality industries.

We are looking for an experienced senior professional who can independently lead the commercial development of an established travel business. A structured and analytical approach, combined with a highly hands‑on mindset, will be essential for success in this position.

Local Bini combines strong proprietary technology with a curated network of verified Local Hosts across more than 200+ European cities. We have already established a solid B2B2C foundation and believe that global partnerships represent a significant opportunity for further growth.

Your Responsibilities
  • Own Local Bini’s end‑to‑end B2B partnership strategy, including the development, execution, and continuous optimisation of the go‑to‑market approach for each partnership segment.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle, from prospect identification and initial outreach through negotiations, contract signing, implementation, and ongoing relationship management.
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of global partnership opportunities.
  • Develop compelling commercial proposals, partnership models, sales presentations, and supporting materials.
  • Represent Local Bini in meetings, negotiations, industry events, and conversations with external stakeholders.
  • Act as the primary point of contact throughout the partnership development and sales process.
  • Establish effective tracking, attribution, forecasting, and reporting systems to ensure that commercial decisions are data‑driven.
  • Monitor partnership performance and identify opportunities to increase bookings, revenue, and partner engagement.
  • Manage the administrative elements of the sales process, including meeting coordination, CRM updates, documentation, and follow‑up activities.
  • Help redefine, document, and scale Local Bini’s commercial operations and partnership processes.

This is a hybrid strategic and execution‑focused role. You will be expected to define the direction of our partnership activities while also actively developing relationships, leading negotiations, and moving opportunities forward.

You will work closely with the CEO & his team.

Your Qualifications
  • At least ten (10) years of experience in a commercial, business development, sales, or partnerships role within the tourism, travel, hospitality, or related industries.
  • A strong and relevant professional network within the tourism industry.
  • A proven track record of establishing, negotiating, and growing strategic partnerships.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, relationship‑building, and negotiation skills.
  • A commercially driven mindset, with direct responsibility for revenue, bookings, or comparable business targets: not solely traffic or awareness metrics.
  • A strong understanding of travel distribution and the ability to identify partnership, referral, and commercial opportunities that others may overlook.
  • A structured, analytical, proactive, and hands‑on working style.
  • The ability to operate independently and take full ownership of commercial initiatives.
  • Practical experience using AI and large language model tools as part of your daily workflow.
  • Fluency in English and…
