Die Hauswartprofis AG in St. Gallen sucht eine:n technische:n Allrounder:in (m/w/d) 100% für die Region Rheintal, Sarganserland, Glarnerland und Graubünden. Du betreust eigenständig dein eigenes Portfolio an Liegenschaften und übernimmst technische Aufträge mit Verantwortung.
Du erkennst Zusatzaufträge, kalkulierst Kosten, setzt Arbeiten um und berichtest direkt an den Regionalleiter. Kenntnisse in Heizung, Lüftung, Klima, Sanitär, Elektro sind gefragt;
Reisefreude und Führerausweis Klasse B
