Pipefitter – School Refurbishment Project

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for experienced Pipe fitters to join a well-established M&E contractor on a busy school refurbishment project in St Helens.

This is an excellent opportunity to secure a consistent Monday to Friday working week on a straightforward mechanical installation project, with the potential for follow-on work on future projects for reliable operatives.

The Role

Working as part of an experienced mechanical installation team, you'll be responsible for installing push-fit pipework throughout an occupied educational environment, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

The project has been well programmed, with all materials on site ready for installation.

Scope of Works

The role will include:

* Installation of push-fit pipework.

* Mechanical pipework installation within a school environment.

* Reading and working from mechanical drawings where required.

* Working alongside other mechanical trades.

* Maintaining high standards of workmanship and health & safety.

* Assisting with testing and snagging where necessary.

Requirements

To be considered for this role you must have:

* Valid CSCS or JIB Card.

* Previous pipe fitting experience on commercial or public sector projects.

* Own tools and full PPE.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* A reliable and professional approach to work.

Hours & Pay

 * £26.00 per hour.

* Monday to Friday working week.

* 40 hours per week, depending on site requirements.

* Weekly pay.

* Immediate interviews available.
