Responsibilities

• Safely guide vehicles into the wash and monitor for safety
• Operate point-of-sale systems and handle cash/transactions
• Maintain cleanliness of the site, equipment, and customer areas
• Follow safety and operational procedures at all times
• Support team members to meet service and speed goals
• Upsell services and memberships where appropriate
• Respond to and resolve basic customer concerns
