Occupational Therapy Assistant / COTA – Outpatient

Location:

Brookdale Oakwood, Dayton. Setting:
Assisted Living, Independent Living, Outpatient.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday, no evenings or weekends. Work with higher functioning residents. Treat residents in their rooms or in an on‑site outpatient clinic; no travel outside the building.

• Provide occupational therapy assistance to residents in assisted living and outpatient settings.
• Assist with marketing the clinic.
• Create and manage own schedule within the flexible hours.
• Work independently while collaborating with interdisciplinary team members.
• Document resident progress and maintain accurate clinical records.

• Current license as Occupational Therapy Assistant or ability to obtain license in the state of practice.
• Previous experience in outpatient settings preferred.
