As an Assistant Manager, you’ll play a key role in overseeing daily operations, developing team members, and supporting the General Manager to keep the club running smoothly and successfully.____________________________________________________________________________________________________Now Starting at $18/Hour – Plus These Great Benefits:

What You’ll Do:
Support the General Manager in day-to-day operations and club oversight
Help train, coach, and develop a high-performing team Assist with scheduling and supervision
Identify and resolve member and team member issues, escalating when needed
Track performance metrics and ensure team accountability
Lead by example, actively participating in daily team member responsibilities
Maintain a friendly and professional atmosphere for members and guests
Ensure the club remains clean, organized, and fully operational____________________________________________________________________________________________________
What We’re Looking For:
Positive, upbeat attitude with strong leadership and communication skills
Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
Dependable, honest, and professional demeanor
Basic computer proficiency CPR/AED certified (otherwise, we will provide certification)
Must be 18 years or older
Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (fitness experience a plus)____________________________________________________________________________________________________
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to stand, walk, and communicate with members throughout your shift
Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs.
Must help maintain overall club cleanliness____________________________________________________________________________________________________
Schedule:
Monday–Thursday: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PMEither Saturday OR Sunday: 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM____________________________________________________________________________________________________Ready to Join the Planet?
