* Job Summary
* We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Gas Installation Engineer (domestic and/or commercial), with around 5 year plus experience.
Depending on experience and qualifications this would be reflected in the pay scale.
There is an opportunity for a domestic engineer to train and work towards a commercial qualification.
There is an opportunity to train towards the installation of Air Source Heat Pumps.

* Duties
* * Install domestic and/or commercial gas systems and appliances in accordance with industry standards and safety regulations.
* Conduct thorough inspections of gas installations to ensure compliance with legal and safety requirements.
* Apply mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot issues and perform repairs efficiently.
* Carry out plumbing tasks related to gas system connections and fittings.
* Utilise basic maths skills for measurements, calculations and adjustments during installation processes.
* Adhere to health and safety protocols at all times during installation and maintenance activities.
* Qualifications
* * Proven experience in gas installation or related mechanical roles within a domestic or commercial environment.
* Competency in plumbing, gas works, unvented cylinders.
* Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and specialised equipment used in gas system installations.
* Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
* Valid driving licence.
* Basic maths skills for precise measurements and calculations.
* Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail to ensure compliance with safety standards.
* Gas safe qualification.
* G3 unvented qualification.

Pay: £40,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
Experience:
* Gas Installation: 5 years (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
