Job Description

We are looking for a hybrid Project Management and Program Planning role as Program/Capabilities Planner for the implementation of S4

Hana and future facility capabilities. This role is on‑site at Kings Bay Base, Georgia.

• Develop schedules and risk management plans and provide visibility to any obstacles that may hinder production deliveries.
• Create reports and metrics to status performance to leadership; identify issues and evaluate impact to operations.
• Interact with internal and external organizations such as engineering, production, and government planning to mitigate impacts to processing and ensure building outages are coordinated with all stakeholders.
• Participate in process improvement activities in various functional areas.

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related field or related experience combined with education.
• Working knowledge of production systems, manufacturing systems, or SAP applications.
• Exceptional communication skills (verbal, presentation, written).
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DOD Top Secret clearance. Interim Secret required prior to start.

• Documented ability to work independently and with a group.
• Self‑starter with effective multi‑tasking skills.
• Initiative, industrious work habits, and efficient time management.
• Proven ability to close on action items.
• Proven analytical skills and high quality/error free output.
• Computer proficiency and ability to learn new software applications.
• Demonstrated knowledge in project management or software implementation.
• Experience in continuous improvement/process analysis.
• Ability to adapt to changing needs and requirements as required.
• Minimum 2 years of FBM or SWF experience.

This position requires a US citizen and a Top Secret clearance. A DOD Top Secret clearance or an interim Secret clearance is required prior to start.
