Salary
- $55,000–$60,000 annually for associate-level clinicians and license-eligible Master's-level candidates working toward independent licensure
- $65,000–$70,000 annually for independently licensed clinicians (LPC, LCSW, LMFT), based on experience
- Clinical Supervision Available for eligible associate-level clinicians pursuing independent licensure

The Family Therapist provides family therapy services to clients receiving residential behavioral health treatment while working closely with parents, guardians, and support systems to improve communication, strengthen relationships, and promote successful long-term recovery.
This clinician serves as a vital member of the treatment team by conducting family sessions, participating in treatment planning, providing psychoeducation, and helping families develop healthy patterns that support continued progress after discharge.
The Family Therapist also plays a key role in developing and facilitating Family Weekend programming
, providing both clinical and experiential interventions designed to repair family dynamics and strengthen the recovery process.
- Provide family therapy services using evidence-based treatment approaches
- Conduct family assessments and evaluate relational dynamics affecting treatment
- Collaborate with clients, families, case managers, and the multidisciplinary treatment team
- Participate in treatment planning and ongoing clinical case reviews
- Facilitate psychoeducation for families regarding mental health, substance use, communication, boundaries, and recovery
- Develop individualized therapeutic interventions that support successful reunification and discharge planning
- Help coordinate and facilitate monthly Family Weekend programming
- Provide individual therapy when clinically appropriate
- Assist with therapeutic group facilitation as needed
- Provide crisis intervention and family support during periods of clinical instability
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation
- Communicate significant clinical concerns promptly to the Clinical Director
