The Site Lead will provide high-quality operational support services for IT security, business technologies, and mission IT operations  
Site Lead will manage day-to-day project operations and staff, ensuring compliance with the Statement of Work (SOW), Cyberspace Workforce (CWF) requirements, and customer mission objectives. This role is responsible for directing technical teams across help desk, network, systems, IA, and web/collaboration support functions while ensuring effective communication, reporting, and contract deliverable performance.

• Provide expert advice in IT security, business technologies, and IT operational support services.
• Lead day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with the SOW, contract deliverables (CDRLs), and customer requirements.
• Recommend continuous improvements in services, technologies, and processes to align with SSP Enterprise and industry best practices.
• Directly manage and support specialized functional teams:
  Help Desk, Network Operations, Systems Administration, Cybersecurity/IA, and Web/SharePoint and Application Support.
• Ensure all personnel maintain required CWF certifications, baseline training, and security clearances in accordance with DoD 8570.01-M / DoDM 8140.
• Document, monitor, and implement programs to support quality assurance, incident prioritization, escalation, customer relationship management, and employee training.
• Provide management oversight of standard operating procedures (SOPs), knowledge base, call tracking systems, and service delivery.
