- Work closely with appropriate internal/external organizations; identify, track, and monitor items processing through the laboratory to ensure calibration services are completed on time and meet customer requirements.
- Schedule and coordinate services to be performed in the laboratory and in place.
- Perform duties of refit coordinator for the Calibration Exchange Pool.
- Act as liaison directly with ship’s force personnel to coordinate SSBN/SSGN TMDE inventories in accordance with allowance lists.
- Order servicing documents for scheduled and emergent service requirements.
- Communicate requirements and information with internal customers to successfully complete metrology services.
- Resolve problems rapidly and maintain excellent communication skills with a wide array of customers.
- Adapt quickly to changing tasks and requirements and learn new skills while on the job.
- Proven ability to develop and execute coordinated maintenance schedules.
- Proven experience acting as the primary liaison between cross‑functional teams.
- Must be able to work in a Marine Industrial environment; with the ability to climb stairs, ladders, and work in small spaces.
- Demonstrated ability to track multiple calibration items/projects to timely completion and to produce status reports.
- U.S. Citizen and able to obtain and maintain a U.S. DoD Security Clearance; an interim Secret Clearance is required prior to start.
- Understanding of logistics and scheduling to balance calibration demand with resource availability.
- Prior exposure to submarine engineering, equipment, or sustainment processes at a naval installation.
- Proven capacity to thrive in a fast‑paced environment, make sound decisions independently, and function effectively in a team setting.
- Proven ability to lead self‑directed work teams, provide core skill training to peers, and drive collaborative problem resolution.
- Strong command of the MS Office suite and database applications for data entry, report development, and reporting efforts.
- Customer service representative for a maintenance/service department or organization.
U.S. Citizen required. Interim Secret Clearance required prior to start. This position requires a government security clearance (Secret).

Onsite full‑time.
Work schedule:
4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week.
