Job Summary
Registered Nurse (RN) responsible for assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating care of patients using technology, therapeutic intervention, evidence‑based practice and coordination with the health team.
Responsibilities- Assess patient condition and develop nursing care plans.
- Implement nursing interventions and provide therapeutic care.
- Evaluate patient outcomes and modify plans as needed.
- Coordinate care with members of the health team.
- Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for health care providers.
- Successful completion of a recognized and accredited nursing education program.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required within five years of start date for RNs with less than 12 months of experience.
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing.
- Physical ability to see, read labels, assess needs, operate monitors, manipulate equipment, lift and transfer patients, and ambulate supplies.
- Manual dexterity for handling complex equipment and documentation.
- Ability to see and read information, labels, patient needs, monitor equipment.
- Manual dexterity to manipulate delicate equipment with precision.
- Capable of lifting, transferring, and moving patients as well as carrying supplies and equipment of varying weights.
- May stand statically for extended periods and navigate crowded rooms.
- Quick response to alarms and emergency situations.
- Full‑time, variable shifts with opportunities for evening, night, and weekend shift differentials.
- Hourly rate: $36.71 – $56.17, depending on experience.
- Graduate Nurse entry pay: $26.50.
- Registered Nurse entry pay: $36.35 – $54.53.
- Eligible for a comprehensive benefits package covering health, wellness, and financial security.
- New graduate RN receive a one‑year residency program with webinars, simulations, case studies, and in‑person meetings.
