Job Summary

Registered Nurse (RN) responsible for assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating care of patients using technology, therapeutic intervention, evidence‑based practice and coordination with the health team.

• Assess patient condition and develop nursing care plans.
• Implement nursing interventions and provide therapeutic care.
• Evaluate patient outcomes and modify plans as needed.
• Coordinate care with members of the health team.

• Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for health care providers.
• Successful completion of a recognized and accredited nursing education program.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required within five years of start date for RNs with less than 12 months of experience.
• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing.
• Physical ability to see, read labels, assess needs, operate monitors, manipulate equipment, lift and transfer patients, and ambulate supplies.
• Manual dexterity for handling complex equipment and documentation.

• Ability to see and read information, labels, patient needs, monitor equipment.
• Manual dexterity to manipulate delicate equipment with precision.
• Capable of lifting, transferring, and moving patients as well as carrying supplies and equipment of varying weights.
• May stand statically for extended periods and navigate crowded rooms.
• Quick response to alarms and emergency situations.

• Full‑time, variable shifts with opportunities for evening, night, and weekend shift differentials.
• Hourly rate: $36.71 – $56.17, depending on experience.
• Graduate Nurse entry pay: $26.50.
• Registered Nurse entry pay: $36.35 – $54.53.
