Folkston Park Care and Rehab in Georgia is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work in both short-term rehabilitation and long-term care.
In partnership with the Unit Director, you will develop and implement individualized nursing care plans, supervise staff, and manage daily unit operations per shift.
Applicants must be a graduate of an approved practical nursing program and hold an active LPN license in Georgia; experience in geriatric or rehabilitative nursing is preferred.
