Responsibilities:

• Effectively managing the care of assigned patients using knowledge, skills, judgment, and decision‑making skills for the specific area and patient population
• Delivering patient care utilizing standardized evidence‑based guidelines of care and appropriate resources, including personnel, services, supplies and equipment
• Communicating, collaborating, and functioning with other members of the health team to provide optimum care

• Tier 1 – PRN
  Pay rate:
  Experienced based pay rate (plus any applicable shift differentials)
  Commitment: 6 shifts in 6 weeks
  Campus:
  Home Campus only
  Weekend and Holidays:
  None
  
  Schedule:
  
  Provide schedule up to four weeks in advance
• Tier 2
  Pay rate:
  Experience rate + $7.50 per hour (plus any applicable shift differentials)
  Commitment: 6 shifts in 6 weeks
  Campus:
  Flexibility to float to both Brunswick and Camden as needed
  Weekend and Holidays:
  None
  
  Schedule:
  
  Shifts scheduled two weeks prior to upcoming 6 week schedule
• Tier 3
  Pay rate:
  Experience rate + $11.25 per hour (plus any applicable shift differentials)
  Commitment: 9 shifts in 6 weeks
  Campus:
  Flexibility to float to both Brunswick and Camden as needed
  Weekend and Holidays:
  Call Rotation
  
  Schedule:
  
  Shifts scheduled two weeks prior to upcoming 6 week schedule
• Tier 4
  Pay rate:
  Experience rate + $15.00 per hour (plus any applicable shift differentials)
  Commitment: 12 shifts in 6 weeks
  Campus:
  Flexibility to float to both Brunswick and Camden as needed
  Weekend and Holidays:
  Call Rotation

  Shifts scheduled two weeks prior to upcoming 6 week schedule

Qualifications:

• Graduate of a Diploma, Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree Nursing Program
• Current RN license to practice in the State of Georgia
