Folkston Park Care and Rehab seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse to work in both short-term rehabilitation and long-term care settings. The LPN will collaborate with the Unit Director to develop and implement individualized nursing care plans and support nursing staff during shifts.
Qualified candidates are graduates of an approved LPN program and currently licensed by the Georgia State Board of Nursing; geriatric or rehabilitative nursing experience is preferred. Equal opportunity employer.
