Berkshire Hathaway Home Services RPA Realty is expanding into Georgia’s Golden Isles and is seeking licensed Real Estate Agents of all experience and production levels to join our team.

Our expansion is driven by our sister company, Reynolds Homes, which is actively building in Sanctuary Cove (St. Simons area) and Cumberland Harbor (St. Marys area), creating exciting opportunities for agents interested in new construction and community-focused sales.

Berkshire Hathaway Home Services RPA Realty is an independently owned brokerage based at Lake Oconee, operating successfully since 2017. While we share the globally recognized Berkshire Hathaway Home Services brand, we operate separately from other BHHS brokerages in the region.

• Represent buyers and sellers in residential real estate transactions

Agents will have the opportunity to work in partnership with Reynolds Homes and gain access to listing builder inventory and new construction product within Sanctuary Cove and Cumberland Harbor. This provides additional exposure, business-building opportunities, and involvement in growing new communities within the Golden Isles market.

• Commission-based income (1099 independent contractor position)
