Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site position for a Restaurant Chef located in St Marys, GA. The Restaurant Chef will oversee all food preparation and cooking, ensuring that high standards of taste and presentation are consistently met. Responsibilities include managing the kitchen staff, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations. The Chef will also be responsible for developing and refining menu items with an emphasis on authentic Mexican cuisine.
Qualifications- Bilingural a Must
- Strong skills in Food Preparation, Cooking, and Culinary Arts
- Understanding of proper Hygiene and Food Safety Best Practices
- Experience in Food Service and the ability to manage kitchen operations
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Excellent organizational and team management skills
- Knowledge and experience in Mexican cuisine is a plus
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience is preferred
